REVISION POLICY

The number of revisions granted is determined by the package you choose, and you can request as many revisions as stated in your package specifics. We are committed to providing the best possible service to our customers and will continue to improve until your requirements are met. If the design principles are not updated, you will not be charged an additional fee. Within 48 hours, you will receive your redesigned design.

After the logo designs have been finished, any changes or revisions required will be regarded as a new order and charged individually.

DELIVERY POLICY

  • The complete order will be sent to the mentioned account on the date stated on Order Confirmation as well as a confirmation email will also be sent.
  • The turnaround time will be according to the package, the minimum time required is 2 business days.

RECORD MAINTENANCE

Techzach Web Design INC keeps the records of finalized designs so that in case of any misplaced order, you will be provided the exact file.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Techzach acknowledges that any work created on behalf of a client, shall be viewed and recognized as sole intellectual property of the client(s) alone.

The Client/Promisee will be entitled to sole ownership of the project, once the project is paid for in full and the project is formally complete and delivered to the Client/Promisee.

COMMUNICATION POLICY

  • Techzach will not be responsible for any communication done via any other platform than “….@example.com” or any numbers not provided by us or given on our official website.
  • We are not responsible for any damages caused due to other contact details not provided by us.
  • Project activation charges will apply if client fails to respond over a period of 45 days.
  • We take full responsibility of all the information provided through our official domains.

TAX POLICY

  • According to State law, all the online services incurs tax.
  • Our offered services are exclusive of taxes, taxes are to be paid by the client at the end of the project.
